This will be the third and final installment on the purchase of investment grade real estate.

I have previously covered the consideration of real estate investments as compared to the risk and return offered by banks and the stock market as well as other options like precious metals such as gold and silver.

Bank Certificates of Deposit offer the only almost risk free investment backed by up to $250,000 of FDIC insurance but they also offer the lowest rate of return. All other investments have a measure of risk along with the potential of much higher rates of return.
