The road continues...Neville Shuts Out Shaw

Despite having a short week to prepare for both teams, the Neville Tigers (10-0) dominated the Archbishop Shaw Eagles to earn a 32-0 bi-district victory at Bill Ruple Stadium.

Despite two early interceptions, Neville quarterback John Diarse was 5 of 7 for 45 yards with one touchdown.  Diarse also ran for 48 yards.

"John (Diarse) started off a little shaky," Coach Mickey McCarty said. "He overcame some adversity and ended up having a great game."

The Tiger defense confused and derailed the Eagle's air attack as Shaw quarterback Quentin Gibson completed 5-of-24 passes for mere 39 yards...
