Republican Women entertain GOP hopefuls

Republican hopefuls for elected office in Ouachita Parish had the opportunity to speak to their core voters Monday.

Candidates were on hand at a luncheon hosted by the Ouachita Parish Women's Republican Club to campaign ahead of the Nov. 19 general election.

The invited speakers included state Rep. Sam Little and challenger Jay Morris in the House District 14 race. Tax Assessor candidates Stephanie Smith and Paul Hargrove were attended, too, while Clerk of Court hopeful Alicia Reitzell was there as well.
