Applications are now available for the annual Monroe-West Monroe Christmas Parade, a community event produced by the Kiwanis Club of West Monroe and sponsored by Ouachita Independent Bank. The parade will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3. This year's theme is "A Candyland Christmas".

Parade applications are available online at www.wmkiwanis.org and at Ouachita Independent Bank branches.
