First Baptist presents concert
First Baptist Church of West Monroe will host the Symphony of Praise on at 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, at First Baptist.
Church orchestras from North Louisiana, along with other instrumentalists from the Twin Cities, will provide a variety of music ranging from classical, patriotic, sacred and contemporary music.
Participating groups are: First Baptist Church/West Monroe, – Dr. Michael Spears, Conductor; Temple Baptist Church/Ruston – Jodie Williams, Conductor; First Baptist Church/Minden – Alicia Dubose, Conductor; Broadmoor Baptist Church; Shreveport – Mark Minton, Conductor; Brookwood Baptist Church; Shreveport – Maribeth Howard, Instrumental Coordinator.
