Cathey challenges Caldwell in District C Ouachita Parish Police Jury hopeful Stewart Cathey wants to work with area governments to improve cooperation and coordination among the various governing bodies.
Before Cathey can do that, he must unseat Police Juror Walt Caldwell, who is seeking his third term representing District C on the Police Jury.
Caldwell is a life-long resident of Ouachita Parish. He and his wife attend First Baptist Church in West Monroe. Caldwell is a Republican.
