The Sterlington Panthers (0-4) will host the Oak Grove Tigers (2-2) in football action today, at 7 p.m. at Panthers Stadium. Sterlington is coming off a 42-20 loss to Mangham that has the Panthers working to improve a lot on both sides of the ball.

"We have to move the ball. Our five points per game average has been almost anemic," Sterlington head coach Mike Collins said. "We haven't moved the ball at all. Then our defense is so porous right now."

One factor on offense has been the absence of starting quarterback Taylor Lockwood.
