Oh my goodness September kicks off so many exciting things! There is a touch of Fall in the air that gives one a feeling that all is right in this big old wonderful world of ours! Thanks be to God!
The MONROE GARDEN CLUB kicked off this first meeting with the Annual Silver Tea honoring new members. The University of Louisiana at Monroe and MRS. LINDA BRUNO, our President's wife, invited the Garden Club to the home on Bon Aire, the university residence. This is a home that all of Louisiana can be proud of. It is absolutely beautiful, warm and welcoming, gives you a good feeling and makes you proud!
The new members being honored were DONNA ARON, KATHI BARNHILL, CATHY CHEEK, DEBBIE EDGERTON, KRISTIE GAMMAGE, NANCY HEMRICK, PAM HILL, DAYNA HUDSON, PAM KLAGHOLZ, DIANE MAXWELL, ROHNDA MILLER, GAY MORRIS, RHONDA NEIL, RHELDA NOLAN, ALISE OLIVER, KAY PRINCE, LISA RAGSDALE, DEBBIE RYAN, AMBER SALAS, SHARON SCOTT, JOHNETTE SELLAR and VICKI ZAMBIE.
