Panthers work toward wins

While things don't get any easier for the Sterlington Panther football team this week, the Panthers hope things get better in a hurry.

Sterlington (0-3) will travel to unbeaten Mangham (3-0) this Friday. Sterlington lost last week to Ouachita Christian School, 55-0.

It was the first time since 2001 that the Eagles claimed a victory over the Panthers. Sterlington ran for just 13 yards and added 45 yards passing. The Eagle defense kept the pressure on the Panthers. QuenTerrius Gray had 27 yards receiving to pass the Panther offense. Sterlington has now scored just 20 points over the last three games.
