Jindal delivers upbeat message at luncheon Gov. Bobby Jindal's No. 1 goal is to continue creating jobs and an environment in Louisiana where businesses want to locate and people want to work.
That's the message Jindal delivered Wednesday when he spoke to the local business community at a luncheon hosted by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce. The event was held at Monroe Civic Center.
Jindal touted the work done by his administration over the past three years in cutting government spending, creating more economic development and improving the business environment throughout the state.
