Words give birth, death to dreams

Words are the most powerful tools to the creative process. When I was teaching school, I used the first ten minutes of each English class to develop a paragraph that gave birth to the student's dreams.

Those dreams that he was passionate about. And those dreams which gave him a fire in his belly. This daily exercise lit the fires of desire. I was not too worried about the correct grammar, but I was more concerned about the development of the imagination.

Did this daily exercise increase the student's passion for achievement? Oh, yes, it did. I watched as I was introduced into the student's inner drives. That which drove him toward his internal clocks that led to the realization of his triumphs.
