ULM to hold debates On behalf of the University of Louisiana-Monroe's Department of Communication's Speech and Debate forum, Dr. Lesli Pace has organized two public debates for the Fall 2011 semester.
These debates serve as the inaugural events in a new series titled The Bill and Linda Rambin Public Debate Forum, selected in honor of the former director of the School of Communication, Dr. William (Bill) Rambin, and his recently deceased wife, Linda.
Dr. Rambin served the campus community from 1967 - 2002.
The first debate is scheduled for 6 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13, in Room 100 of Stubbs Hall, as Jeremy Hutchins and Sean Tiffee debate the future of online education. .....For the full story, subscribe to the The Ouachita Citizen's NEW E-Edition! |
