Consultant to review prison operations The Ouachita Parish Police Jury will utilize a consultant from the National Institute of Corrections at no cost to the parish to determine how to improve operations at the Ouachita Correctional Center.

"They make a list of consultants available so we can find one whose schedule works best with ours," Jackson said. "They actually pay for the consultant to come in and perform the operational assessment." .....For the full story, subscribe to the The Ouachita Citizen's NEW E-Edition! |
