Dr. Frank Hoffmann does a splendid job of feeding our souls on Sunday morning at First West. Our life group has 50-70 every Sunday. Ann Crowe always reminds us that to truly have a relationship with Christ, we need to hear and read the Word regularly. Like our physical bodies need food to re-boot, our spiritual life needs fresh messages from the Christ to be the best people we can be. Paul sends us a message from prison of hope regardless of our circumstances in life. Philippians 4: 4-9 touches us when we are down and need Him most:

Let's have joy in all situations and let us be considerate in all that we do and say. Try not to worry about anything, but pray about everything.
