Association names Huenefeld realtor of the year
Fred Huenefeld has farmed cotton, corn, soybeans and raised cattle and once was named "Outstanding Young Farmer."
Now, Huenefeld can add Realtor of the Year to his resumé.
Because of his work in the real estate field over the past few decades, Huenefeld was named the Northeast Louisiana Association of Realtors 2011 Realtor of the Year earlier this week.
Huenefeld is a native of Ouachita Parish and attended Ouachita Elementary School, Ouachita High School, University of Louisiana-Monroe and Louisiana State University.
