Revenues decrease for Richwood in 2010

The town of Richwood reported a decrease in net assets totaling $44,390 during the 2010 fiscal year while business activities also decreased by $44,000.

That's according to the recently released audit of the town's finances.

The audit was conducted by Luffey, Huffman, Ragsdale and Soignier, a Monroe CPA firm. It was released by the Louisiana Legislative Auditor's Office Wednesday, Aug. 3.

Total assets at the close of the 2010 fiscal year were $2.25 million, while total liabilities were $1.73 million.
