Church hosts annual memorial praise fest The 13th Annual Jennifer Robertson Memorial Praise Fest will be held at North Monroe Baptist Church, 2190 Finks Hideaway Road in Monroe on Saturday, Aug. 13 at 6 p.m.
A lineup of well-known local artists includes Mike Loveday, who will also serve as master of ceremonies; Allen McVay and Friends; Blessed Assurance; Brothers in Christ; New Liberty Quartet; Chosen; 11th Hour; Southern Grace; Randy Waggoner; Ellen Osborne; Jimmy Cloessner; Jan Kenney; Jimmy Coughran; Jerry Hendrixson; Lee and Mary Ann Haynes; Darrell Robertson; Richard Ainsworth; Chad Tingle; Wayne Smart; and Becky Beezley.
Praise Fest will be a Gaither-style concert. Anyone wishing to sing in the choir is asked to attend a practice on Saturday, Aug. 13, at North Monroe Baptist Church at 9 a.m.
Praise Fest is a non-denominational event with many denominations participating.
