"HIS EYE IS ON THE SPARROW"
"I sing because I'm happy,
I sing because I'm free,
For his eye is on the Sparrow,
And I know he watches me."

I love that old church song, been humming it for weeks. It will not leave this old brain!
We love watching the birds. The sparrows are everywhere, Mocking Birds, the Robins, House Finches, Doves, Cardinals, Blue Jays, Wrens, Thrashers, the Pigeons, they all have different personalities. Each one is different and special in their own way. Our family dining table centers this big picture window that looks out to our patio. It is surrounded by a big fountain, almost covered with a lush dark green moss and lots of goldfish swimming around. They all have different habits and personalities. One thing they have in common: the bird baths, it is splish splash, they were taking a bath! We have several other birds baths around and most all enjoy the pools of water dripping around the fountains for drinking and bathing. A joy to watch!
