Smith joins OIB as assistant manager
Scott McDonald, senior vice president, retail division, for Ouachita Independent Bank, is pleased to announce that Barbara Smith has joined OIB.
She has more than 30 years of banking experience in northeast Louisiana and will be the assistant branch manager for the McMillan Road office located in West Monroe. Barbara is a native of West Monroe and a graduate of West Monroe High School.
