La. Tech soccer picked fifth
Louisiana Tech has been picked to finish fifth in the Western Athletic Conference coach's poll that was released by the conference office Monday morning.
The Lady Techsters received 20 points in the poll after coming off the best season in program history after tying for third in the conference with a 5-3-0 mark and qualifying for the conference tournament for the first time.
With a 15-6-0 record, LA Tech set a school record for the most wins in a single season in 2010 as well.
