Growth continues
Last week I said I would give you the scoop on the land that is being cleared in front of Sam's Club on Garrett Road.
Several months ago I said to watch the Pecanland Mall Area for new development in the near future. With the widening of Garrett Road, the planned south side I-20 service road and the completion of the Community College campus this area was ready for a major Commercial Development explosion.
Two upscale hotels have been built in recent years, a third is under construction and a fourth is in the planning stages for this area.
