Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, happy Birthday VICTOR CASCIO, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! This is a big one "70!" Special wishes to my old friend, I'm right behind you. Victor is truly one of the nicest of all . I have known him all my life and I have never heard him say an unkind word about anyone! He always looks for something good in all! Victor is the most fun of all to be around! He is just FUN!

The beautiful welcome sign to Monroe, on I 20 by  Sam's and Pecanland Mall is just PERFECT! Thank you Monroe Garden Club, and members ROSEMARY HARRISON and CAROLYN DOLECHECK. Thank you for not giving up and making this welcome to our city so special. I know this was not easy! Take a bow and we will applaud. these two outstanding ladies of the deep South!
