Society hosts Honeycutt
The NLG&H Society met on Sunday, July 10, in the Louis Locke room of the Ouachita Parish Public Library on Stubbs Avenue in Monroe.
James Free called the meeting to order. Free announced a seminar in Shreveport for Aug. 13, by Travis Wooster Beverly. Lourine Baff said Beverly is a great speaker and that she and some others were planning to attend. A flyer with the information was printed in the July quarterly.
Anyone interested in attending should call Baff for more information at 397-0485.
Free said the July quarterlies were ready for members to pick up and that Monique Keeling is always in need of articles of information to print in the quarterly.
