Delta facilities audit: Assets exceed liabilities
Delta Campus Facilities Corp. ended the 2010 fiscal year with roughly $4.4 million in assets over liabilities, an audit said.
The audit was conducted by Luffey, Huffman, Ragsdale and Soignier, a certified public accounting firm located in Monroe. It was released July 13 by the Louisiana Legislative Auditor's Office.
Delta Campus Facilities Corp. was formed in March 2005 to provide a vehicle to fund and oversee construction of the new Louisiana Delta Community College campus, which opened last year.
