Phelps, Williams announce engagement
Dr. Dennis and Robbin Phelps of Greater New Orleans, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Phelps, to Jarod Williams, son of Bill and Rose Mary Williams of Floral, Ark. An Oct. 16 wedding is planned.
Phelps is a 2006 graduate of Cabot High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. She will graduate with a Masters in Occupational Therapy at UCA in 2012.
Williams is a 2006 graduate of Midland High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas/Baptist Health. He is a registered medical technologist at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Ark.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Vestal Phelps and the late Vaughn Phelps of Monroe, as well as Harold and Glenna Loewer of Eunice. The groom-elect is the grandson of James and Peggy Williams of Walnut Ridge, Ark., as well as Ellene Cox and the late Adrian Cox of Floral, Ark.
The couple will reside in Conway, Ark. |
