More than 50 graduate from NOVA program
NOVA (New Opportunities Vision and Achievement) Workforce Institute of Northeast Louisiana graduated a class of 55 participants last Thursday evening at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Monroe.
NOVA Graduates completed training at area community and technical colleges, as well as NOVA's Carrer Readiness Program. These training programs prepare these graduates to fill high-demand jobs in Northeast Louisiana.
Job placement assistance for these graduates is ongoing. A number of the graduates have already secured employment, while others are currently in the interview process.
