High jumper sets new record
Throughout his 33-year coaching career, Peak Performance Track Club coach Dennis Groll has seen a bit of everything in the sport.
It has been a while, however, since Groll has had the pleasure of coaching a budding star such as Swartz Upper Elementary student Adrian Frost. Frost, 10, became a member of Peak Performance just six weeks ago and has already performed at a record-breaking level.
Frost recently returned from Birmingham, Ala,. where she set a Region 6 Championship meet record in the Bantam Division girls high jump.
