Hope all had a wonderful 4th of July! We watched the Washington fireworks on television and they were truly beautiful! Our fireworks were really pretty. Mike and I can sit on our patio and it is like a front-row seat. They spill over into our gardens and it is wonderful! WEEEEE!
Is it really this hot? It is! Oh my goodness, get up early and try and get all your chores done.
Take a good cool shower, get dressed, have a nice light lunch and take a rest, lay low! Our big air conditioner, for the main part of our house, bit the dust last week. It is 20 years old, so that is pretty good. Thank goodness for Newcomer & Son, we have a beautiful new 7 ˝ ton unit. The good news is it will last another 20 years, the bad news is WE will not have to ever replace it! Oh well, we will let out children worry about that one! How did we ever live without air conditioning?
