Local fans gather for game release
Hundreds of thousands of sports fans around the country come together for many sporting events throughout the year: The Super Bowl, the NCAA men's basketball tournament, the World Series.
And for many, every July it is about the midnight launch of the next installment of EA Sports' famed video game franchise, "NCAA Football".
Local fans are no different and that passion for college football and the ability of sports video games to bring local communities together was on full display in the wee hours Tuesday morning as hundreds of local gamers and sports fans alike gathered at several local stores.
