Help needed for fish fry
posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
Men are being sought to help with a Fresh Start Ministries fish fry, and to play horseshoes or volleyball on Saturday evening, July 16. A group will leave Family Church in West Monroe at 4 p.m. and drive to Winnsboro. The group will return by 8:45 p.m.

FRESH START is a seven-month, faith-based, alcohol and drug rehabilitation center located in Winnsboro, that currently has capacity to treat 70 full-time clients.  These clients are offered a "fresh start" on a new life in Christ Jesus.  A relationship with God is the foundation of recovery in the seven-month residential program. Fresh Start's 48 room dormitory-style facilities offer three phases of biblical instruction, counseling, anger management, job training, job placement and internship. http://freshstartministry.com.

Contact Debbie Simmons 381-4650 or Kelly Weatherford 348-8841 for more information.
