NOVA's third annual graduation ceremony will be held Thursday, July 14, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church on Bon Aire Drive in Monroe.

The event will begin at 7 p.m.

NOVA, which stands for New Opportunities Vision and Achievement, is a non-profit organization. It was formed from efforts in 2006 to address workforce needs in northeast Louisiana.

The goal of NOVA is to provide quality job training for local residents to help them, and also aid the community economically NOVA Workforce Institute of Northeast Louisiana is a non-profit organization that serves "to connect the needs of employers, with educational and training entities and local residents who are looking for a career path leading to a living wage job and benefits."
