Club combines laughter, health ULM Professor of Flute Dr. Sandra Lunte invites everyone of any age to join her in experiencing better health, well being, and a sense of unity and connection.
Lunte is also a certified Laughter Yoga leader and certified Laughter Coach.
Laughter Yoga is free and open to everyone. People with physical disabilities are also welcome and may perform the exercises in a seated position.
The next classes will meet July 18, from 6:15-7 p.m. in the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Recital Hall, Room 134, on the ULM campus. Class will also meet every Friday during the fall semester at 12:30 p.m. |
