Bell welcomes new challenge
One of the area's most respected and experienced assistant coaches will return to the local sidelines after a one-year stay in Texas.
Billy Bell, longtime football assistant and head powerlifting coach at West Monroe High School, was recently hired to be defensive coordinator and powerlifting coach at St. Frederick High School.
Bell joins the new staff led by head coach Chad Swanberg. The staff replaces the staff of former coach and athletic director Paul Guerriero, who resigned and took a job with the Neville Tigers.
