Warhawks earn track honors
The University of Louisiana-Monroe track & field team was rewarded for recent successes this week with nine members selected to the 2011 Louisiana Sports Writers Association All-Louisiana track & field team.
Sophomore distance runner Daniel Mutai highlighted the selections for ULM.
The team was chosen based on the best three times in the state in 21 men's and women's events from the national qualifying list through the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
