The Ouachita Lady Lions will begin the 2012 season with new leadership under Tim Whitman as the new head coach.

Whitman replaces Kelly Stuckey who spent one season on the job and guided the Lady Lions to a 17-10-1 record, narrowly missing the playoffs.

"Kelly Stuckey took over last year and did a remarkable job," Ouachita principal Todd Guice said. "We had the 12th highest power ranking."
