ULM players taken during MLB draft
The University of Louisiana-Monroe Warhawk baseball team hopes that their potential pitching staff for the 2012 season was not depleted too much by the Major League Baseball entry draft held last week.
ULM already knew that three senior pitchers would be leaving and also learned that relief pitchers John McDermid, Mason Free and Chan Walsh would not return to school next season.
The Warhawks signed pitchers Cale Wine and Cody Connally this fall, as well as Alex Hermeling.
