Blankenship renews energy
In what seemed like a whirlwind of events for the 28-year old baseball coach, West Monroe officially named St. Louis Catholic baseball coach Ross Blankenship as the head coach of the Rebel baseball program.
Blankenship replaces Mark Sims, who abruptly resigned during the 2011 season.
Blankenship spoke with The Ouachita Citizen this week about his philosophies on winning baseball and what he wants to see out of the Rebels this coming season.
