Miss Louisiana's Outstanding Teen to be crowned
Twenty-six of the most beautiful, talented and intelligent teens in the state will compete for the 2011 Miss Louisiana's Outstanding Teen crown in Monroe this weekend.
"So intelligent, that the average GPA for the 27 contestants is a 3.8," said teen director Don Humble.
The pageant will hold preliminaries on Friday, June 3 and finals on Saturday June 4 at 6 p.m. in Brown Auditorium on the campus of the University of Louisiana-Monroe.
For the first time, ULM and the Miss Louisiana Organization are joining forces to produce the Miss Louisiana's Outstanding Teen Pageant.
