Time to remember As thousands of northeastern Louisiana residents gear up for Memorial Day weekend, one local veteran supporter hopes the public will pause to remember the soldiers who sacrificed their lives serving their country.
Every year over Memorial Day weekend, the Chennault Aviation and Military Museum holds a special ceremony to honor men and women who serve or served in the Armed Forces.
The event this year at the museum will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday with activities for the entire family.
Chennault Museum Director Nell Calloway encourages local residents to take part in Saturday's activities to show their support for America's veterans.
