WOHS football seeks improvement
The West Ouachita Chiefs went through spring practice this season in a situation they had not been in for four years: looking for a new running back.
Billy Minnifield, a fixture in the WOHS offense for the past four seasons, graduates this month leaving the Chiefs to look elsewhere for depth and stability.
Kodie Tidwell returns at quarterback for a Chiefs team that will be looking to improve in almost every category this season following a dismal 1-9 campaign in 2010.
