Film festival honors winners After months of hard work, amateur filmmakers were recognized and rewarded at Saturday's R-Squared Film Festival 2011.
Good Hope Middle School students Christian Calloway, Josh Fuller, Claire Connell, Logan Currington and Ashley Campbell won two top awards in the Middle/High School division. Their film, "The Dream Girl," beat 12 teams to win 1st Place and the Director's Choice Awards.
