Is it any wonder why the Southeastern Conference rules the roost?
The 10 players was one short of the record 11 taken in 2007 and tied the 10 taken in 2005.
LSU had five No. 1 picks in 2007 -- JaMarcus Russell (yes, we still have to count him), LaRon Landry, Dwayne Bowe, Craig Davis and Jospeh Addai.
