A Ouachita Parish Grand Jury indicted two men arrested in connection to the February shooting death at a West Monroe apartment complex.
Aljerwon Moran, 23, 3711 Dick Taylor St., was indicted on one count of second degree murder of 20-year-old Rodrick McCullen and one count of attempted second degree murder of Marvin Fritz, stemming from a double shooting at 406 South 2nd St., West Monroe, on Feb. 9.

Fritz received a gunshot wound during the altercation and was transported to St. Francis Medical Center.

Fritz was later arrested by West Monroe Police for attempted armed robbery, home invasion and second degree murder.
