WM seeks festival vendors The City of West Monroe will host the Louisiana Southern Fried Festival on May 27-28. The festival committee is seeking quality arts, crafts, commercial and service vendors and more for the event.
The festival will be held at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center in West Monroe.
Headline attraction is a PRCA Rodeo to be held in the arena each day. Music headliners on outdoor stages will include country music chart toppers the JaneDear Girls along with classic country group Exile, Cody McCarver and about 10 regional bands. West Monroe's native Gary Saurage of CMT's Gator 911 will be on hand for a live alligator show. Kingsland Ranch will sponsor a steak challenge and serve steak dinners with proceeds benefitting the Boys and Girls club of West Monroe.
