All-STAR READERS
On Friday, April 8, local attorney Chet Bradley "tagged" a number of All-Star Readers at Highland Elementary School in West Monroe.

The students earned their "Highland Elementary School All Star Reader" dog tags for their achievements in the Accelerated Reader program.

Grade level requirements for All Star Reader status are: first grade – 25 points, second grade – 35 points, third grade – 50 points, fourth grade – 60 points, and fifth grade – 75 points.
