'It's just awesome to see these children's eyes'
For more than a decade, local artist Frank Kelley Jr. has made it a goal to show children and adults alike that art can be done by anyone with the right frame of mind.
Whether it's teaching children in local schools or working with veterans at the Northeast Louisiana War Veterans Home, Kelley inspires to bring out the artist in everyone.
It wasn't too long ago that Kelley was walking the campus of Grambling State University when he saw some artists drawing students in a courtyard.
