The Attorney General's Office recently concluded newly elected Richwood alderman Wysinger Cleveland is domiciled within the town of Richwood and able to retain his seat.

The Attorney General's investigation into Cleveland's domiciliary was conducted at the request of the Fourth Judicial District Attorney's Office after it received a written complaint from thee members of the Richwood Board of Aldermen who contested Cleveland's domicile.

Cleveland was elected in March 2010 during a special election. He succeeded Laverne Hester, who stepped down due to personal and health reasons.
