CASA seeks trainees
CASA of Northeast Louisiana is gearing up for its next volunteer training class. The next orientation session to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Ouachita and Morehouse parishes will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, at the Center for Children and Families at 622 Riverside Drive in Monroe.
CASA of Northeast Louisiana is now implementing a streamlined training course that will last just four weeks, beginning on April 5 and continuing every Tuesday night through April.
CASA volunteer David Williams says that he wanted to make an effort to help others in some small way.
