Red Cross announces classes
The Northeast Louisiana Chapter of the American Red Cross will be holding a re-certification of CPR class for Lifeguards on Saturday, April 2, from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. The class will be held at the chapter at 414 Breard St. in Monroe. Cost is $75 with credit given if participant has his lifeguarding book and a pocket mask. Pre-registration is required.
The Red Cross will also hold the Water Safety Instructor (WSI) class from April 11-April 21. The class will be held 5-8 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday. The cost is $350; pre-registration is required.
