BRINGING OUT THEIR BEST

Many organizations today fail to tap into their potential. Why? Because the only reward they give their employees is a paycheck. The relationship between employer and employee never develops beyond that point. Successful organizations and families take a different approach. In exchange for the work a person gives, he receives not only his paycheck, but he is also nurtured by the people for whom he works. And nurturing has the ability to transform people's lives.

Martha Jane Anderson retired from University of Louisiana-Monroe after 35 years of service as Assistant Dean of Students and SGA Advisor. She is married to Patrick H. Anderson Sr., has two children, and four grandchildren.
